Here is the other poppy painting I made (of three... one of them is not worth showing). As with the other, this photo does not do it service... I have found reds both hard to paint with and hard to photograph. At any rate, it is a quirky thing and I especially like the brushstrokes on the lower half of the painting...
And I am lovin' it in the white frame!

Thanks Barbara. We had a nice day together spending tine as a family and now the kids are home for the rest of the week.
Poppies are delightful flowers, I may do more.
