The Marsh

The Marsh
6 x 6"
oil on board

The year is winding down. It has gone by so fast. I, too, am winding down, getting ready to enjoy the holidays with my family and friends. And I hope to find pockets of time to paint. I have a fresh new 48 x 30" canvas sitting on my easel just waiting for me to put a mark on. I thought about starting yesterday, but decided it was best to delve in when I know I will have the proper time to commit, so for now I painted another 6x6 for you.

Nice painting Nicki:-) and I know how you feel. I have things to do, groceries and miscellaneous to get before family comes and then we go to visit family. Also, I need to leave the house presentable for family and friends staying while we are gone.... lots to do so painting must be set aside - well, almost. Maybe I can get a bit in here and there!

Merry Christmas - and I look forward to viewing more of your paintings in the new year.
